Effective Date: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bridalvilla Spot Training Institute website (bvs.co.ke), and your enrollment in any course, program, or service offered by Bridalvilla Spot Training Institute (“BVS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enroll in our courses.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. About BVS

Bridalvilla Spot Training Institute is a training institute offering in-person courses like cosmetology based at Westlands Business Park, along Chiromo lane in Nairobi, Behind The Kempinski Hotel, Kenya.

2. Enrollment & Admission

  • Enrollment in any BVS course is subject to availability and, where applicable, completion of any prerequisite requirements.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the admission process, including valid identification (ID/passport number) where required for course registration and certification.
  • BVS reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrollment where information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
  • All courses are delivered in-person at our physical training premises, unless otherwise communicated in writing.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Course fees are as published on our website or communicated directly to you at the time of enrollment, and are payable in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
  • We currently accept payment via M-Pesa and bank transfer. Payment instructions will be provided during the enrollment process.
  • Full payment (or an agreed deposit/installment plan, where offered) must be made before a student’s place on a course is confirmed.
  • BVS reserves the right to revise course fees for future intakes at any time. Fee changes will not affect students already enrolled and paid for a current intake.
  • It is your responsibility to keep proof of payment (e.g., M-Pesa confirmation message or bank transfer receipt) until your enrollment is confirmed in writing by BVS.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 31 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made after this period, or after the course has commenced, are generally non-refundable, but may be considered for transfer to a future intake at BVS’s discretion.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
  • BVS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, affected students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future intake.

5. Attendance & Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to attend scheduled classes punctually and participate constructively in all practical and theoretical sessions, given the hands-on nature of in-person training.
  • BVS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward staff, instructors, or fellow students.
  • BVS reserves the right to suspend or dismiss a student from a course, without refund, for serious breaches of conduct, safety rules, or repeated unexcused absences that compromise their ability to meet course requirements.

6. Certification

  • Certificates are issued only to students who meet the course’s attendance, practical assessment, and completion requirements as set by BVS.
  • Certification may require verification of your identity via the ID/passport number provided at enrollment, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • BVS is not responsible for delays in certification arising from incomplete coursework, unpaid fees, or failure to meet assessment requirements on the student’s part.

7. Health & Safety (In-Person Training)

  • As courses are delivered in-person, students must comply with all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines communicated by BVS at its training premises, particularly where practical training involves tools, equipment, or products.
  • Students participate in practical training sessions at their own risk, and BVS shall not be liable for injury or loss arising from a student’s failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, curricula, branding, website content, and training resources provided by BVS are the intellectual property of BVS (or its licensors) and are protected under the Copyright Act (Cap 130, Laws of Kenya) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share BVS course materials without prior written consent.
  • Any testimonials, photos, or videos submitted by students for marketing use will only be used in accordance with the consent obtained, as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its systems, or the Learning Management System (Masteriyo) used to deliver course content.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • BVS provides its courses and website “as is” and makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information provided, but does not guarantee that course content, website content, or outcomes (e.g., employment or business results after training) will meet every student’s individual expectations.
  • To the fullest extent permitted under Kenyan law, BVS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence).
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other applicable Kenyan consumer protection law.

11. Termination

BVS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or your enrollment in a course, with or without notice, in cases of a material breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that violates Section 5 (Attendance & Code of Conduct).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
